you have to do the following to create a new google adsense account,
1] Go to http://www.google.com/adsense/start/ and click get started
2] You will see a window appear select your google account and click yes proceed to google account
sign in ,
3] after signing in you have to enter details in tell us your content tab, you have to enter your own website in i will show adds on tab then you have select your region. after entering click continue
4] fill in all the details and click submit my application.
5] After 3 to 5 hours you will receive a conformation email and activate it and start earning money by logging on to your adsense account.
